Sold a 2007 Marlin to Hibackpacker, when received He ask me to refund 400$ or return because it is not a collector piece.
For the post, all pics from different angel posted, and I claimed it is a very good condition rifle, never mentioned it is a collector, it is ur eye and responsibility and questions to check if it is a collector piece as no one knows what you are looking for.
I never refused providing detailed pics.
I don’t mind refund before shipping, but I do have concerns for the shipping back rifle.
I rejected his request then got a 1 star rating, really not a decent attribution.

I have your text where I asked very clearly “is” the firearm original.
Your answer was and I quote! Yes it is original. The back stock had been refinished and the shell casing had been drilled into the stock, that I may have missed. All I asked was a refund to better suit the value of what you sold me! Maybe before selling things your not sure of have it check out by a gunsmith. You charged me 2010 for JM stamped 45/70 that had been refinished clearly. I also asked for a refund and to send it back to you which you also declined.
You receive a one star rating because you had no Remorse for selling a refinished firearm after you said it was original.
